BEVERLEY NATURALISTS' SOCIETY
Founded 1966
Affiliated to the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust and the Yorkshire Naturalists' Union

We welcome members from all walks of life who have an interest in the natural world. You will find us friendly with a wide range of interests. Our programme includes

indoor meetings, field trips and weekends away. In October, we hold our main public meeting known as The Tom Upton Memorial Evening, named after one of our founder members. For this evening, we invite a prominent naturalist, or someone with a speciality which has an impact on the natural world, to give an illustrated presentation.

We encourage members to keep written and photographic records of their sightings both on organised outings and in their own time.

You can contact us at any time if you wish to enquire about membership of the Society. Mervin Nethercoat tel: 01482 867115
